The Basics

Cleveland Geekster is a family-friendly show, so we ask that you not have anything that could be offensive to that audience.  We are primarily a toy and comic show, but also have several artists who attend.

The Numbers

This is our 7th year putting on the show.  Our numbers have increased each year we have put the show on.  in 2022 we had over 700 attendees.

Tables

Each table is 6 foot and we guarantee at least 4 feet behind them, but you will probably have more.  Each table comes with 2 chairs.

STANDARD TABLES (approximately 7 feet wide and 9 feet deep with other

vendors behind you):

One vending table – $70 if paid in full on or before Aug. 16, 2024.

Two vending tables – $140 if paid in full on or before Aug. 16, 2024.

Three vending tables – $190 if paid in full on or before Aug. 16, 2024.

One vending table – $85 if paid in full on or after Aug. 17, 2024.

Two vending tables – $155 if paid in full on or after Aug. 17, 2024.

Three vending tables – $205 if paid in full on or after Aug. 17, 2024.

WALL BOOTHS – Limited availability (approximately 7 feet wide and 12 feet

deep with a wall behind you):

One vending table – $90 if paid in full on or before Aug. 16, 2024.

Two vending tables – $180 if paid in full on or before Aug. 16, 2024.

Three vending tables – $240 if paid in full on or before Aug. 16, 2024.

One vending table – $105 if paid in full on or after Aug. 17, 2024.

Two vending tables – $195 if paid in full on or after Aug. 17, 2024.

Three vending tables – $255 if paid in full on or after Aug. 17, 2024.

Any Tables not Paid for by September 6th will be offered to those vendors on the waiting list.

Load in:

Load-in will begin at 7:00 am on September 21, 2024.  There will be signs directing you to the correct location.  Once you load in, we ask that you promptly move your vehicle to the parking area.
